The Smart Awards SA005 Safe Moving & Handling accreditation has been developed to allows learners to gain knowledge of the safe use of moving and handling in a construction or utilities environment.

This accreditation covers one module: Safe Moving and Handling, and is about understanding how to move and handle equipment or tools safely without causing any risk of injury or harm to themselves or others. It also enables learners to gain knowledge of compliance with Health and Safety legislation.
