The S9 PIA Pole Stepping on Congested Poles course assesses delegates on their understanding of and ability to increase space in the upper pole envelope, by moving the top bass step downwards.
Delegates should be already trained in the Communication Provider’s (CP) method of pole access before completing this accreditation.
